*Cancellation: Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 8 weeks of holiday start date. Unavoidable cancellations made prior to this period will be entitled to a 50% refund of total deposit.

** Security Deposit: In addition to the rental charge, a refundable security/damages deposit of £100 is required, payable in the form of a separate cheque to be sent with the final payment. This cheque will only be cashed in full or part as payment towards any damage/breakages incurred. Where applicable, the balance or full amount will be returned by post within two weeks after the holiday, following an inventory check.
